ingredients
1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
3 T soy sauce
2 T canola oil
1 T sesame oil
1 t sugar
6 garlic cloves, minced
directions
Blanch beans in boiling water, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain. Coat pan with canola oil and saute garlic until soft, about 30 seconds. Add green beans and toss to coat. Add sesame oil, soy sauce and sugar and saute until absorbed.
